What is specialist sourcing?

Specialist sourcing is the process of finding or creating a product that isn’t available off the shelf. Rather than choosing from a standard catalogue, you’re starting with an idea and we work backwards from there to make it real.

It could be a completely new product designed from scratch. Or it could be an existing product reworked with your branding, materials or dimensions. Whatever the brief, we’ll always give it everything we’ve got to find or create exactly what you’re after.

What the process looks like

From the initial brief through to delivery, we manage the whole thing.

Our process includes:

  • Sourcing: We research a wide range of potential products from our global supplier network, identify the options that best fit your brief, and present them to you before anything is committed to
  • Design & branding: From Pantone matched colours to embossing, foiling or full colour print, we handle all personalisation and branding to your exact specification
  • Proofing: Once you’ve chosen a direction, we produce a full visual proof so you can see exactly what the finished product will look like before production begins
  • Production: Once approved, we manage the entire manufacturing process
  • Shipping: Your finished products are shipped directly to you or your chosen location, with all freight and import logistics handled by us
