Referral Scheme terms and conditions

These terms govern the Style Brands Referral Scheme. By participating, you confirm you have read and agree to these terms in full.

Referral credit - use and expiry

Referral credit will be applied to the referrer’s Style Brands account upon referee’s confirmed payment.
Referral credit will be applied to the subsequent valid order placed by the referrer for branded merchandise, clothing, or design and print services.
Referral credit cannot be used on office supplies orders.
To redeem referral credit, the order being placed must be of equal or greater value than the credit being redeemed.
Referral credit expires six months from the date it is issued. Any unused credit will be forfeited on expiry and cannot be reinstated.
Referral credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another account, or used in conjunction with any other promotional offer unless Style Brands expressly states otherwise.
Referral credit is non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the referrer to whose account it was awarded.
Multiple referral credits can accumulate on the same account. There is no limit to the number of successful referrals a referrer can make.

Referee discount

The 10% discount is applied to the referee’s first qualifying order only. It does not apply to any subsequent orders placed by the referee.
The discount is only valid for orders of branded merchandise, clothing, or design and print services.
The discount is not valid for orders of office supplies.
The discount applies to the total order value (excluding VAT). As our pricing is fully inclusive, no additional charges will be excluded from the calculation.
The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional code, offer, or discount unless expressly agreed in writing by Style Brands.
The discount has no cash value and cannot be transferred or assigned to any other person or order.

Cancellations and returns

If the referee cancels their qualifying order, or if the order is subject to a full or partial refund for any reason, the referral credit awarded to the referrer will be adjusted accordingly or revoked in full.
If referral credit has already been applied to a subsequent order by the referrer at the time of revocation, Style Brands reserves the right to invoice the referrer for the value of the credit used.
Style Brands will notify the referrer in writing (including by email) if referral credit is revoked or adjusted.

Multiple referrals

A referrer may make an unlimited number of referrals, and each successful referral will result in a separate award of referral credit.
Each referee may only be referred once. If Style Brands identifies that the same referee has been referred by more than one referrer, only the first validated referral will qualify.
Each referee can only receive the new customer discount once, regardless of any changes to their account details, trading name, or company structure.

Fraud and misuse

Style Brands reserves the right to:

Refuse, withhold, or revoke referral credit and/or the referee discount where we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity, abuse, or a breach of these terms.
Suspend or permanently exclude any participant found to have engaged in misuse of the scheme, including self-referral, the creation of fictitious accounts, or collusion.
Take legal action where fraud or deliberate misuse is identified.
Decisions made by Style Brands regarding suspected misuse are final.

Changes and termination

Style Brands reserves the right to:

Style Brands reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the scheme at any time without prior notice.
Referral credits already awarded and unexpired at the point of scheme withdrawal will be honoured for their remaining validity period unless otherwise stated.
Continued participation in the scheme following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

data and privacy

By submitting the referral form, the referrer confirms they have obtained the referee’s consent for their contact details to be shared with Style Brands for the purposes of this scheme.
By participating in the scheme, both referrers and referees consent to Style Brands processing their personal data for the purposes of administering the scheme.
Style Brands will handle all personal data in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising in connection with the scheme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

These definitions apply to the referral scheme:

“Style Brands”, “we”, “us”, “our” refers to Style Brands Marketing Ltd.
“Referrer” means an existing Style Brands customer who refers a new business or individual to Style Brands under this scheme.
“Referee” means a business or individual who has been referred to Style Brands by a referrer and who places their first qualifying order.
“Referral credit” means the account credit awarded to the referrer following a successful referral.
“Qualifying order” means a completed and paid order for any of Style Brands’ branded merchandise or design and print services, placed by the referee for the first time.
“Referral form” means the online form provided by Style Brands through which referrers submit details of their referral.
“Scheme” means the Style Brands referral scheme as described in these terms.
