1.1 The Halloween Spin the Wheel promotion (the “promotion”) is run by Style Brands Marketing Ltd, trading as Style Brands, company number 07140151, Units 3-4, The Courtyard, Parsonage Stocks Road, Throwley, Kent ME13 0ET (“Style Brands”, “we”, “us”).
1.2 By entering the promotion you agree to these terms and conditions.
1.3 The promotion opens on 15th October 2026 and closes at 23:59 (UK time) on 31st October 2026. Spins made after this time will not be accepted.
2.1 The promotion is open to businesses based in the UK, including sole traders. You must be 18 or over and entering on behalf of the business.
2.2 Employees of Style Brands, their immediate families and anyone else connected with running the promotion cannot enter.
2.3 You must enter using an email address you use for your business. We may ask for reasonable proof that you are a genuine UK business before a prize is honoured.
2.4 Each email address can spin the wheel once. We may limit prizes to one per business, even where more than one email address from the same business has entered.
2.5 Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
3.1 To enter, visit the promotion page on stylebrands.co.uk, enter your business email address and click Spin the wheel.
3.2 This is an instant win promotion. Whether you win, and which prize, is decided at random by our system at the moment you spin. The wheel animation is for display only and does not show your chance of winning.
3.3 There are 15 prizes in total (see section 4). Prizes are available while stocks last. Each type of prize keeps the same chance of being won until every one of that prize has been won. Once a prize has run out it is removed from the draw and is no longer available. Once all prizes have been won, no further prizes are available.
3.4 If you have already spun the wheel with your email address, entering it again will show your original result. It will not give you another spin.
3.5 Entries made using automated methods, false details, or any attempt to get round the one spin per email rule will be void.

4.2 Each winner receives a unique prize code starting with HAL-.
4.3 Goody bag contents are chosen by Style Brands and may vary between bags.
4.4 There is no cash alternative to any prize. Prizes cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged.
4.5 If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control, we may replace it with a prize of equal or greater value.
5.1 To accept a prize, email sales@brandingmerchandise.co.uk with your prize code and what you won. The email must be sent from the same email address you used to spin the wheel.
5.2 You must accept your prize by 23:59 (UK time) on 1 November 2026. Prizes not accepted by then will be forfeited and will not be offered to anyone else.
5.3 We will check each prize code against the email address it was won with. If they do not match, or the code is not genuine, the prize will not be honoured.
5.4 Goody bag winners must include a UK delivery address when accepting their prize (see section 7).
6.1 Once accepted, a voucher is applied to the next order your business places with Style Brands. Vouchers have no expiry date.
6.2 A voucher is used in full on that next order. If the order comes to less than the voucher value, the voucher is still used up and the remaining balance is lost. It cannot be carried over to a later order or refunded.
6.3 The voucher value is taken off the order value before VAT .
6.4 Vouchers cannot be used against orders already placed or invoices already issued, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
7.1 Goody bags are delivered free of charge to a business address in the UK.
7.2 We are not responsible for a goody bag that cannot be delivered because the address given was wrong or incomplete.
8.1 Your data: when you enter, we store your email address, your result and any prize code. We use this to run the promotion and check prize claims, and to send you marketing emails from Style Brands as explained on the promotion page. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any of our emails. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
8.2 Winners: we will make the first name, business name and county of prize winners available on request for one month after the promotion closes. If you win and do not want your details shared, tell us when you accept your prize.
8.3 We may disqualify any entry we reasonably believe breaks these terms, including duplicate or fraudulent entries.
8.4 If something outside our reasonable control affects the promotion, such as a technical fault, we may suspend, change or end it. We will try to keep any disruption to entrants to a minimum.
8.5 Our decision on any matter relating to the promotion is final. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for anything that cannot be limited by law.
8.6 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
